I am done with this medical aid

I am truly not sure if I am the only fool here or if Bonitas treats all its members like this. My previous complaint with reference 091023QVY83Z is still not attended 500 days later. I receive an email saying my doctor is supposed to send further reports but these were already submitted Monday.

They don't even bother to call when you complain they just send their useless emails and then answer you again 500 days later. Its time I shop around for a new medical aid. This is it.
