How hard is it to deliver a medical aid card?
Hi, I requested for a physical medical Aid card in January already, I was asked for my address and notified that it will be delivered, fast forward to 17 Feb, still no delivery and I followed up and was told that the card was printed on 08/01/2025 but they don’t know why I haven’t received it yet but they will sort it out and turn around time is 5-7 days, today is the 4th of March and STILL no delivery of the card
