Hospital authorisation

Well I have been using them from 2022 when I switched from another medical fund as part of employer-employee agreement. I am currently expecting I have been sent from pillar to post with authorisations for hospital admission, I called when I first found out I was expecting as a way to let them know I will have to start using the maternity benefits only to found out I was never registered to the programme to even begin with the first consultant I spoke to had advised that I should call in after I reach 28 weeks, well prior to that I have been communicating with them on their WhatsApp line regarding OBGYN I was given an option of one Dr in my area which was okay I was transferred to him by my GP because the very same consultant had also advise that I can start using the OBGYN after the 28 weeks to save on my benefits so long I can use my regular consultation visits. Now the OBGYN provided for is only contracted at Netcare Alberton and Mulbarton and on my option the hospital I can go to is in Benoni which is Netcare linmed, which that is also not a problem my problem is that the scheme has approved authorization for admission in Alberton forcing me to pay a 30% co-payment and that is not fair, I am being made to go pillar to post for their doing going as far as making to call Netcare Alberton to try and get a waive of the co-payment which I have tried and failed. I honestly can't take this anymore it's just too stressful.
