Hosp Authorisation no Comms
I have app**** for Hospital Authorisation. I was send an email for the ICD 10 codes because I put the procedural codes in although in the web pre-auth request there are not fields where you request it. I sent it on Friday and now I see my Authorisation is denied with no reason on my pofile. I am tired of the running around with the Bonitas Admin the whole time. Please tell me how to handle this with you

As for the dr, it does not sound like they received anything. I will follow up. Please note I am supposed to go in the 17th, this Thursday. As things are going now I would have to move it out since everything is extremely slow in response

With me going in on the 17th I hope there is still time for him to get the motivation done before them. Otherwise they have to move the operation out and I have planned everything around this date. I really do not understand why it should be like this
