HORRIFIC SERVICE

<p>I cancelled my Bonitas on the 1st of Dec and in Jan they deducted my monies and not my normal rate but more than double.. I immediately called to tell them to do a refund! After almost being an hour on the phone they said it will take 24-48 hours for the reverse. I was ok with that. It is now the 19th of Jan and still have not be Reimbursed!! I called almost every 2nd day and have to spend more than 45 mins per call with these *********** people. They say they will call you back but NO ONE does!!! Bonitas does not even deserve a star. Their financial department is SHOCKING!!!!! I am normally a very calm person but taking someone else’s money and not reimbursing them is THEFT!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am truly glad that I have changed my medical aid and will NOT recommend this Medical Aid to ANYONE!!!!</p> <p>I am beyond furious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
