Horrific experience with Bonitas

What a horrid experience I've had with Bonitas once again. Communication with clients is non existent after my benefits would randomly be suspended without and valid reason or my knowledge last year when I joined.This time I just found out my membership was terminated when I was at the Dr trying to get medal assistance. Needless to say I've had to join a new medical scheme but I'm chasing Bonitas for 3 weeks now to refund me the money I payed them when I thought I was on bonitas. 1 day they tell you you did not send proof of payment (I've sent it atleast times) next it's funds still need to be allocated, next it's ne having to phone and email if they did recieve the proof of payment. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for the payment. Horrible experience is an under statement
