Horrible unexpected service due to no response and unfriendly consultant

I sent an email to *** Monday the 4th of November to date still no response, Worst part is i previously sent an email for authorization and no response and got it when i called on the 4/11/2019, this is sad because i have had the most faith in my medical aid thus far, yet now that i have an unresolved issue no one is attending to it .

Now im sitting with no response, and an unpaid Gynae.

In regards to the below, please see attached or re-attached the statements received. The statement for May as well as for June at Dr Vezi, were two normal 2d sonars she is a GP “general” not a gynae (“supposed to be covered by my plan”) As of July 2019 , started my antenatal visits “supposed to be six” as you can see from the statements only four visits were done July to October, however the 31st of October during my 5th visit I was told it won’t be paid, when I called to query this an unfriendly consultant told me that I have used up all my visits and I asked for statements. As per the statements its proof I’ve only seen a gynaecologist 4 times.

Can somebody please explain this irritating situation to me before I lose my mind

As I do not want to complain anywhere else then right here I need answers I have an unpaid gynaecologist and I’m really irritated from 31ST October I got no reply until I decided to call on the 4th of November myself
