Horrible service..rude call center agents!!

<p>My mom has been a member of bonitas medical scheme for few years and everything was ok until they started the stupid income verification process last year. I forwarded the documents on her behalf and in Jan i made a follow up since the premium rate was increased only to be told that you received the documents but unable to open the file. I dont undertand why you kept quite and never notified my mom that you are having issues with opening the attachments. Her medical aid is now suspended because she is owing Bonitas something i dont even understand how it happens. If you want to terminate somebody's membership just say so with a dignity. She has disclose her salary and if you want to charge her that much where on earth is she going to get that kind of money from. You took her money end Jan but still saying its not enough. A medical aid is something very critical and i cant afford not to have her on a medical aid. Why are you suspending her medical aid?</p>
