Horrible service

Last week of April I went to the doctor, he advised that I need to be referred to the psychologist as I was not doing well mental, he asked me to check with my medical Aid if they do cover for therapy. On the 7th of May I asked the advisor with an email if Bonitas do cover for mental health she said yes they do she send me a document that has contact numbers and email. On the same day at 10:32 I called the number *** so that they can assist me with the psychologist that are on the network at pretoria the lady told me that Bon Cap do not cover for that I went back to the advisor she advised me that I should call again maybe I pressed the wrong option, 12:42 I called again i got the same lady I told her I need mental health cover she told me No bon Cap do not cover that. She did not help me I was frustrated I even had panic attack at work as I pay medical Aid every month but when you need assistance the is no one to assist. I will never recommend Bonitas to anyone, my mom died on the 9th of May I need therapy and could not get one but am paying medical aid every month.
