Horrible Service!!!!!

The most horrible service ever!!!

After numerous attempts to get my refund paid from Bonitas for a claim which I lodged on the 04/11. I called yesterday and was told that my banking details was never received and captured, it was indeed received. I spoke to Karabo who was extremely helpful and I commend her for that as she was patient, friendly and tried her best to get everything sorted. I then spoke to her teamleader Palesa who confirmed that the refund would be paid today, it is 2h17pm and still nothing!!! I called at 10h13 and spoke to Mashe (not sute if the spelling is correct) who then confirmed that the payment has not been made and she will call me back and still had not!!! Everytime I call, "she's busy on another call". This is the most ********** service ever!!! It is always something with Bonitas and this is unacceptable! I have had more then enough patience with you guys!
