Horrible service
On the 18th of December I submitted a review of how I have dealt with your horrible stuff and their incompetence I am still waiting for feedback on that. I was calling and complaining because I am waiting for my refund from the 1st of December, I have been called and promised but have I received my refund NO...the person that called said I would my money by Wednesday and then I was told all my documents are there and have been there but a manager needs 7- 14 days to authorize it.
This is the most ridiculous thing I've heard, I have been fighting you for weeks now that you have caught up I have to wait again, Bonitas you are beyond horrific, I demand my refund today that was submitted to you in July, I waited 4 months as you asked...you better transfer my money today!!!
