Horrible service and poor communication

<p>I have been with Bonitas Medical Aid. 3 years ago I changed jobs and had to move to another Medial Aid.</p> <p>Apparently there was an amount outstanding for costs not covered by the Medical Aid (the sceme only paid an % of the immunisation fees for my child). That I paid later on. However since then I was handed over to the credit beureu, then told sorry "we owe you" (my account is in the credit), again I was handed over to the credit beareu and again I received an mail from bonitas to say your account is paid in full. and yes AGAIN I was handed over. The best of all. I sent emails to each available Bonital email adres, the only reply is a pc renerated mail to say the matter is logged and a "number" is given.</p> <p> </p>
