Horrible service

I am on chronic and have medical aid with bonitas they changed their phamarcy without informing the clients and when I received my medicine it was wrong and bonitas had already processed the claim when I tried calling bonitas to assist I was taken from puller to posts and told to deal with the new pharmacy till date my money is being taken and im getting wrong meds without a solution
