horrible service
<p>Bonitas has failed to issue me with a new memebrship card after having contacted them twice this year to get a new card. Today I called them agian for the third time... I was again promised that the card will get to me in 2-3 weeks just like the past times I have called them. I mean this is frustrating, I do not even trust that I will get the card now. How difficult can it be to post a card??? What is wrong with Bonitas??? Honestly this is annoying! I pay them thousands of rands everymonth, so can't they just send me a stupid card??? it's almost the end of the year and im still waiting for a card! </p>
