Horrible medical aid
Yesterday I got debited 3x the amount and when I called around 8:30 to report this they reassured me that they will attend to it. 6 hours later there’s nothing and they haven’t refunded my money and I need that money today and I tried calling the center and the lines are busy I’ve been waiting for an hour now , ran out of airtime twice now and no assistance. This is the worst medical aid I came across by far
