Horrible medical aid

Bonitas medical aid is the worst medical aid ever they are refusing to give me and hospital admission Authorisation because they are waiting for my Gp to complete documents yet I'm sitting at the hospital and it's not even the Gp doing the admission it's the specialist doing the admission I've been calling in multiple times the Drs are even scared to provide medication because they scared the medical aid won't approve I'm sitting in pain I've been fighting for 3 weeks now and it's just a back and forth I will not advise anyone to join Bonitas they are horrible
