HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BY BONITAS

My membership was terminated 2024 August and was told to wait 4 months before I can submit my savings refund application which I comp**** to. January 2025, I proceeded to submit my request and submitted all requested documents, Today the 16th of April I am still waiting for my refund. I have escalated numerous emails and complaints, including direct calls and all I get is a middle finger and same stories. I am told I cannot speak to the refunds department directly and they don't have a complaints department to attend to my complaint which is something I have never heard especially from a big establishment like BONITAS.I am basically in the 9th month waiting for my refund. This is one terrible experience, and I never want to be associated with BONITAS again. I will never again affiliate with their membership irrespective of the good service I had whiles I was still their member.
