Horrible Experience and ZERO Assistance

What is the point in having a comprehensive medical aid if Bonitas just doesn't pay out on claims that are well within the plan?! My daughter's NICU stay as an example.

I have been trying for months to get hold of someone at Bonitas that can help make sense of why the claim is just not being paid, but Bonitas and their employees are either *********** as simply don't know why it is not being paid, or they are just trying to dodge the responsibility.

Either way, I have now been summoned for an outstanding account that should have been settled in March already.
