Horrible Customer Service
Their whatsapp line always cuts me off, irrespective of me being number 3 when the queue "starts", they don't respond to emails, the advise of the agents on the call are just to get rid of you. Being with Bonitas feels like being in a toxic relationship, whereby "your partner" only cares about themselves.
