Horrible customer service

<p>Problems I (currently) have with Bonitas:</p> <p>1) I can't find a dermatologist in the Cape Town area on their website, even though, when I looked a couple of months ago, the website said there is one at Intercare in Century City.<br />2) Thinking that perhaps I'm not searching properly, I phoned them, and this is the answer I received: "Sorry, this line is congested.", followed by a beep and the line going dead.<br />3) So I went back to the home page to see if I can find anything there and came across the screenshot below. The button doesn't even correspond with the instruction!</p> <p>I am ever sorry I switched to Bonitas. Your customer service is appalling.</p>
