Horrible admin and service from Bonitas medical fund!
Bonitas medical aid approved an authorisation without letting the practice know that there was no funds available. They refuse to approve items that was used in surgery from the recipients in hospital benefit. The recipient has been with then since 1984. What a way to treat your loyal customers.
