Horible communication with payment issues.

There communication is horrible. I have contacted them on multiple occasions to change the email adress they have on file for me from my deceased mother's email to mine.

I have canceled my membership with them in January because at a min wage salary i cannot aford to pay over R3000 for a basic plan. I have only recently (8 months later) been made aware that i still owe them money because of legal attorneys contacting me on the money owed. For 2 weeks i have been trying to resolve this with bonitas to the shock today that i have been handen over to the ITC for payment..

Now i have to pay even more because of legal fees and my credit record which i only started building on now is in runes, because they don't do there jobs properly.

WAKE UP!
