I am medically boarded with Nedbank as an employee, I have diabetes, cholesterol, hypothyroidism, bipolar and high blood pressure. I have undergone spine surgery, have been dealing with my son's drug addiction and now his ******. I pay R6000 to Bonitas which doesn't cover my chronic requirements completely. Today I tried activating my benefit booster, which is no longer accessible online. I called in and was advised thar I need to go to clicks to complete an assessment there. How is helpful to people like myself, I would have to pay over a R100 to get to and from clicks. I do not have.support to assist me in navigating this process. So now activate a benefit i'm entitled to.
