Handing over member account when member is paying to 2 difference debt collecting agents

<p>I have a bad experience being called every time by ITC BA debt collecting company who do not listen and make their own decision. I have several times referred to bonitas the query and bonitas on the otherhand has responded to me that they have communicated with the debt collectors to terminate the communication. To my surprise even when I have paid up the account I still get the call and smses threatening legal action from ITC BA. </p> <p> I logged several queries to Bonitas who informed me that the query was resolved .</p>
