Handed over to Debt Collector after arrangement

I was a member of Bonitas, but cancelled my Membership July 2014. A couple of months after the cancellation, I kept receiving Bonitas mails, but didn't pay any attention to it, thinking it was spam.<br> <br> About 2 months ago, I finally had enough of this \spam""; seeing that I was under the impression that all has been settled. No one could give me a clear answer; but they sent me the documentation.<br> <br> I went through it; and found that there was apparently a 4 month delay before billing.<br> I phoned to make payment arrangements; but the day that I phoned; the finance team/whoever I needed to speak to; was on a teambuild or something like that. I told the person why I phoned; and she assured me that someone would phone me the following Monday (***)<br> <br> No One phoned me back.<br> <br> A month went by; without any communication.
