Handed over for so called unpaid bill

<p>I had to terminate my membership with Bonitas as i changed employer. I terminated my membership in 30/06/2015. A week later i received a member statement confirming termination. On the statement it clearly stated owed by member R0.00. In January i sterted receiving member statements again, but as i figured it was an error on Bonitas's part I ignired them as i have enough emails to read on a daily basis. Then I start getting sms's telling me i have been handed over to ITC for R1400 in owing debt. Can someone please explain how you can owe a company zero when terminating the membership to six months later out of the blue you suddenly owe them money. This is seriously unprofessional as i never even received a phone call from Bonitas to inform me of the reasons for this debt and to pay it. Not to even mention the VERY unproffesional messages this ITC company is sending. Unacceptable and totally unprofessional Bonitas i used to recomend Bonitas to everyone, I won't do this anymore.</p>
