Had to move out appointment 3 times so far due to lack of authorization communication.

I'm still waiting on authorization for my son's checkup. I had to move out his appointment date 3 times now and it looks like we're going to have to move it again! It's a simple follow up that does need authorization and I'm not getting response. I've included more than one email to hopefully end up somewhere I can be assisted, but no luck! My kid's appointment is this coming Friday. Please respond to my emails for authorization! Also taking forever to process hospital claims from June
