Great service by call centre agent

I would just like to take a moment to compliment the service I received from Meagan Philander at Bonitas’s call centre. She was so polite and understanding of my situation and compassionate to my medical situation and with great efficiency she resolved both my queries and was kind enough to send an email notifying me of the matter what she did and the outcome. She is by far the best call centre agent ive ever dealt with and definitely a great asset to your company
