Great Service and Excellent Customer Care - UNDERSTANDING BRINGS CARING!!!!!

<p>I am amazed how many people have said such bad things about Bonitas Medical Aid.</p> <p>I have been with this Medical Aid since 2009 and was forced to change to ANOTHER MEDICAL AID SCHEME as the one my company put me on DID NOT COVER certain medical conditions unfortunately I had one of those conditions. I did my research and chose to use BONITAS.</p> <p>Since I have joined Bonitas they have been so kind and friendly to me. I have spoken to many different people at Bonitas and once they understood my condition and the issues around it, they have been supporting me FULLY and even helped me with calling to see if I need extra care!! I followed the correct processes that Bonitas would need to HELP ME by getting medical information to them explaining my conditions and requirements, medication everything..</p> <p>I want this to be out there that I have never been in better hands than with Bonitas and I urge the people who are having problems to ask the questions, get the DR References as you may feel you are paying a lot of money to the fund, however at the end of the day the Dr Referrals and Medical explanations is what they require to help you and explain the situation to the call centre agents, and if that is not working for you, then simply request a supervisor call you that does authorizations then you will see how good this medical aid is.</p> <p>Remember they are dealing with thousands of people that are ANGRY every day, complaining about EVERYTHING. Don't be that person, let them UNDERSTAND your problem and you will see how kind and supporting Bonitas really is. You need to look for a WIN-WIN solution. and not land in a WIN-LOSE situation as understanding brings caring.</p> <p>I will NEVER go to another medical aid scheme and want to let everyone know these people know what they are doing!!</p> <p>Well done to everyone at Bonitas who have assisted me during my surgeries and I thank you for all the kind support you have provided me as a medical service provider over the years and will certainly recommend Bonitas as the Best Medical Aid Scheme for someone with serious chronic problems so you can care for them as you do me.!</p> <p>Thank you for the Great Service and Excellent Customer Care you have been giving me all these years.
