I would like to extend my Gratitude to a Call centre agent by the name of Mthokozisi Mzolo who assisted me when I called through to inquire about how do I go about changing the medical aid option that my mom Is currently on due to an operation that she urgently has to undergo for her knee replacement.

He handled the call and matter with care, he was attentive, listened and responded appropriately. He was present on the call and gave me hope that something can be done in order to assist my mom with regards to changing her plan to help accommodate the operation that she has to undergo

I was not expecting to find someone that would be so understanding and knowledgeable about what I was inquiring about. Even when he placed me on hold he came back to update me and assured me that he had sent me the right forms and will receive them in about 20 minutes. He was professional in manner he communication and was also pleased to be assisted in my own preferred language

I am grateful that I spoke to him as now I have hope that things will work out for the better

You have a shining star there and should empower that young man to lead and be an example to his peers or anyone that assist in the front line
