Great Customer Service
Good day, I would like to say thank you to Sechaba for a great customer service he gave me when I called to inquire about my member benefits. During our telephonic conversation, I couldn't hear him properly due bad Network on my side but he was very patient and understanding. He explained everything in a proper manner and our conversation was informative and satisfactory.
