Great Customer Service
On Wednesday 15/07/2015 I called the Bonitas call centre wanting to enquire about my benefits. I spoke to a lady called Nkalipho. She was very professional and she answered all my questions. As a woman who is expecting a baby she assured me that Bonitas will take care of me throughout my pregnancy. I am so delighted by her service and her professionalism. I am definitely naming my unborn baby after her. Keep up the good work Nkalipho.
