Great Customer Service
I was beyond angry this morning when I received a call from my GP that my claims were not paid for by my medical aid. No-one could assist and everyone was going in circles. One last call for follow up, Basetsana Malotlhe came to my rescue and assisted me. Great customer service. Before ending the call she assured me that the claim will be resubmitted and email will be sent through to me to confirm. I am beyond please with her service. It was how she was patient with me and made sure i received the right help before ending the call. We need more customer services agents like her. Im pleased.
