Great client service
On 9 July 2021, I phoned the call centre to obtain my2021 Tax Report. I had the pleasure to speak to Adelaide Molaetwa. She was friendly, so professional and had patience to repeat herself to me. I am hard of hearing and it is refreshing to find a consultant in any industry not getting impatience with me. Please convey my appreciation to her.
