Goodbye Bonitas

1 Star for moving us to Marara Pharmacy. I have been with you for years, but it is time to part ways. I have been waiting for meds since 22 February. Even your agents can't get hold of Marara Pharmacy. What ****es me off is that you make things difficult each year. Now there's co-payments I have to pay to doctor's I've been seeing for years - your "new rules". I cannot anymore. Marara Pharmacy is going to cost you a lot of clients. As well as you always trying to find every excuse not to pay a claim. 15 visits for 365 days for psychiatry - 15 visits between a psychologist and/or psychiatrist. Make it make sense. Mental health is not a priority for Bonitas. The co-payment I am paying for my psych meds is ridiculous, and each year there's medication that's suddenly not covered by my plan and I have to pay for it. I'm so frustrated, especially because I am forced to use Marara Pharmacy as I cannot afford the 30% co-payment if I want to use my own Pharmacy.
