Good morning my name is Eddie De Souza ID number *** Medical Aid # ***. Admitted to Mulbarton Hospital on 12/03 for haemorrhage of my bottom. I was taken to theatre on 13/03 for a colonoscopy lower and upper conducted by Dr Zuneka Mtshungwana. Why is there a shortfall of R5586.86? The procedure was done in hospital not at my home of on the beach. Please ensure this account is settled as I cannot help when I get sick. I still have to pay a co payment of R1840.00 why I don't know. You guys. Really. Please sort out this mess
