Good morning my name is Eddie De Souza ID number ***. Medical aid # ***. I March12 I was hospitalized @ Mulbarton Hospital and have a co payment of R1840. This is for their PR number ***. Since I cannot as a pensioner pay the co payment with humbleness and humility I ask Bonitas to waive the co payment Looking forward to a positive response. Amen 🙏
