Good day
Good day. My name is Eddie De Souza medical aid number *** ID NUMBER ***. On 05 August I visited Dr Bhikhoo for a PMB assessment for my mental health. R506 for service rendered was rejected. Please advice the was a PMB visit and kindly affect payment to the service provider.
