Good day. *** i.n.o Eddie De Souza ID number ***. I have sent an email to the medical fund to enquire if I qualify to see an ophthalmologist to change my lenses since I am diabetic. This company does not respond to any of the emails that have been sent to them. To treat paying pensioners like animals is not on. Shame on Bonitas.
