Going in circles with Bonita savings department - sad service

Very disappointed with service. In November 2024 I submitted forms they requested. I was advised it could take 4 to 5 months. I followed up using Whats App method - and I enquired about amount and date of payment. Someone told me payment would be in April and provided amount. I waited and the payment did not reflect. So I contacted again for May and still nothing The sad part was that time lapsed and when I called in again they advised me now months later that the documents I submitted in November last year was incorrect. (could they not have told me that last year november). I ran again around to have documents commissioned and resubmitted. only to be told the next day when i followed up that it will take another 14 days. I told them it was not my error they should have notified me or check the documention last yr when submitted. I asked them to escalate to a manager or teamleader. no reply. i even said i would go to hello peter on last call. still no reply. what does that tell you about service.
