Given the run around

If you're planning on taking medical aid with this company run.<br> <br> I was planning on taking this medical aid until I saw the crazy hidden additional costs they were charging me. Now I can't cancel my application cause the call centre won't give me the email address needed to do do.<br> <br> After writing a letter and emailing it to numerous email addresses and calling to get the correct email address I am still being given the run around. <br> <br>
