Getting ********** - Big Time!
So I take out a medical aid contract with Bonita's on the 23rd of January - I wake up this morning and see they have deducted the full amount for January and claimed it as Arrears.
I phoned them and got told that this is what happens. Even if you take it out on the last day of the month - You get billed for the ENTIRE month.
These people deserve to get burnt at the stake...
