GETTING FRUSTRATED

I just want to put in a complaint regarding Bonitas accounts department, I always pay my account on the 25th and each month I get a suspension letter which is unacceptable for half of the month I pay for my medical aid but it get suspended, I really want to scream my 1 year old daughter has a cleft pallet and have to get it fixed on the 15th and I can promise you there will be issues regarding the suspension, some people have enough problem of their own and don't need the stress of the medical aid accounts department that don't know to allocate payments received. I need this sorted today, the best thing about everything I send through my proof of payments and they reply that they received the payment, PLEASE SORT THIS OUT BONITAS
