Get it right
I cant believe this. My ****en nane is mpini i get married and i become miss khambule? How did u get that right? I sent u my marriage certificate asking you to change my title and surname twice now and tou continue on sending me correspondence and my medical aid card addressing me as miss khambule. It is incorrect. Get it right, i am Mrs khambule. Please fix it and send me a card with the right details. Its been 2 years now please!
