Gap cover didn't pay.... Bonitas Pathetic cover

So I was a member of Bonitas primary option upon signing I was told I needed to get gapcover signed up with optivest which I all paid using debit order. I was so dissapointed that I had disclosed that I had fibroids an had surgery before an they had returned. So I only consulted my gynae once in the whole year of my benefits on second consult my gynae recommended surgery which I had to go through. On the 11th July I was admitted to netcare unitas I was told I needed to pay 1600 upfront I paid it was advised to claim from gap cover. I filled in all the forms was told that atleast gap cover will cover costs. But didn't happen I decided to cancel out of frustration of having paid so much but no benefit was told that I must send histology results which I did an to this day no payment. I had to pay so much from my pocket due to having fibroids I am struggling with fertility I had to do blood tests just 1 bloods to a lab besides just 2 covid swabs was told no funds now I have to pay ampath from my pocket all in all including gynae fees an hospital an investigation fees all close to 10000 rand had to come from my pocket. Very frustrated an angry an dissapointed with bonitas medical aid.... they are the worst
