Furious Customer

If I could give you a ZERO rating I would've. I don't know how many times I've send emails, calls and this is my third time complaining on this platform. I've app**** for PMB for my son on the 21 February already, no feedback what so ever after I've provided you with the information requested from the physio the******. When I've called in last week, I was told my request have been closed by someone. You guys are so unprofessional!!!! I've never ever received such BAD service from a medical scheme. PMB is a treatment that should be provided by ALL medical aids, I'm not sure why do Bonitas don't want to provide it???

I have a refund that's due to me and have received an email saying my refund had been send to your accounts department, but strange enough no one have called me to get my banking details since I've received your email on the 09/04/2025. So I'm not sure to whom the money have been paid to??? 070425QWH2GL
