Friendly and efficient service.

I had to submit an authorisation request to Bonitas this week for a medical procedure needed by my wife. My interaction with their employee Mashile Molema was outstanding. His hands-on knowledge and ability to pinpoint exactly what was needed (as opposed to my absolute lack of knowledge), resulted in everything being finalised within minutes. Best part was a lot of give-and-take humour between us. So refreshing in these days where friendly interaction between a service provider and a client are mostly non existent.
