**********ly taking more money out of your account

I waited 3 months to start using my medical aid , but money was still taken out, they said it's a probation , I took the lowest plan which I was told its R700 and iv been paying that cause thats what I can afford,then they started taking R881 , which is what I paid for the last 3monts, then my account was double debited and I was told its because I did not submit the income documents(Who did they tell?no one said anything about that when they are making a sale) I submitted the docs but they still charged me more the following month they took 1643 without my concern ,with no reason , the next higher plan is R1191 and im still on the lowest , lowest plan, but I pay more than the higher plan , they debited R1338 ,does this make sense this is absolute nonsense and *******, they take that money without my concern without even notifying or informing you, i want to know what changed from 881 I was paying to this ,cause my salary is still the same and I want all the extra money back and I want to cancel , If not I am taking higher measures im not even bluffing ,I work hard for this money to be ripped of like this , if i had money for a higher plan I would have taken that initially
