***** at Bonitas medical aid.....again
I have had 2 ***** claims on my bonitas medical aid twice...they managed to reverse the claim. But the same thing is happening again. There is a claim from Mr MZ Spar Pharmacy Westpark. That is not me. I have sent countless emails to bonitas to no avail. I am very frustrated and I cannot keep doing this each time someone uses my medical aid number. How does that even happen? Is there an issue with bonitas? Their system?
