Forget about getting a refund
2 weeks ago I submit a refund for overpaid contributions. I was told they would take 3 days to clear and I still have not received anything or even gotten communication from the finance department. You are very quick to take money but not so quick to return. Almost R10k not being returned.

21 Apr 2022, 10:06It is a whole new day and nothing on my refund. Your finance department seems to be able to operate on their own accord! I have had to call to no definitive answer. 2 weeks ago I was told refund would be made in 2 to 3 days. Today I'm told the same thing which is going to Monday. You know you have to pay back money yet you do not communicate or even make the payment. Where I come from that is called theft. I want my money and I want it today! I am so sick and tired of this run around. I'm going to be filing a complaint about this. I haven't even been given a reference number which leads me to believe that Bonitas has zero intentions of returning my money
